These photos were taken in December of 2008 when we had that rare and snowtacular Christmas. We are on the verge of another ‘white’ moment, typical for winter but not typical for the southwest corner of British Columbia. While I’m hoping that the snow doesn’t cripple life in this corner of the world, I would like to see it come and stick around for at least two weeks. And, no, I don’t want to see Greater Vancouver and Vancouver Island get it and have the snow system miss the Sunshine Coast. That would be a mega disappointment, sorry to rattle your ears, snow haters.
